Paul Beaumont

Paul is a Data Scientist at McKinsey & Company, working for their specialist big-data unit, QuantumBlack. Paul works on statistical models for explanatory and predictive problems, designing mathematical models to help clients understand pertinent questions about their data. Paul joined QuantumBlack after working on modelling for a large UK defence contractor as part of his PhD in Computer Science at Imperial. He also holds a Masters and Bachelors in Mathematics from Imperial.

Allen Cao

Allen is working as a research scientist in Amazon London. He did his PhD at Imperial College and has a multidisciplinary research background in computational modelling and optimization. Having obtained two patents, Allen is keen to inspire others to leverage the knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering science and to serve the public via technology innovation.

Preriit Souda

Preriit is a Director at PSA Consultants Ltd, based in London, UK.  Preriit helps organizations answer different strategic questions by unraveling explicit and implicit human expression through mining of social and digital data alongside other data sources like Consumer surveys, IOT (Internet of Things) data, CRM data, Mobile behavioral data, Weather data, Locational data, etc. Has been doing so for last 9 years.  Preriit has won several awards including ESOMAR Best Paper (Global) 2017, MRS (Market Research Society UK) Grand Prix 2016, MRS New Insights Methodology 2016, MRS Best Research using Social Media 2016 & 2017, ARF (Advertising Research Foundation, USA) Rising Star-Gold 2014, ESOMAR Young Researcher of the Year (Global) (2011), Best Analytics paper at MRS (India) Annual Conference 2012. Preriit regularly speaks on industry platforms and publishes work; recent appearances include ESOMAR, IIEX, MRS, MRSI, ARF, SRA, WARC, NewMR, AURA, etc. Articles include papers for ESOMAR, Admap, CASRO, ARF, WARC & KD Nuggets, etc.

Dr. Quintin Rayer

Quintin has worked for actuarial and investment consultancy firms as well as a multi-national European bank for nearly ten years. Projects have included substantial and innovative development of quantitative fund selection and analysis techniques, risk-monitoring and portfolio optimisation, including in-house training for analysts and relationship managers. In addition, Quintin is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, a Chartered Wealth Manager and holds a Physics degree from Imperial College London and a Physics doctorate in atmospheric physics from Oxford University. Quintin has applied his knowledge and experience in computational and analytical analysis from nuclear and aerospace engineering to areas in finance. He has also completed the Sustainable Investment Professional Certification (SIPC) with the John Molson Business School, becoming this programme’s first graduate in the Channel Islands and the second in the UK.

Pierre-Jean Hanard

Pierre-Jean Hanard is a banker turned entrepreneur and advisor to startups. Currently he is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Citi Ventures; Entrepreneurship Expert at the University of Oxford and Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of the Arts London. He also advises pre-series A startups and university incubators (MIT, Harvard and Cambridge). Previously he was Head of the Private Wealth Client Segment and Chief of Staff to the COO at HSBC Private Bank. Alum of MIT, SDA Bocconi, Vlerick Business School and HEC-Liege.
